Location: Remote / WFH Preferred: Candidates based in Delhi-NCR or major metro cities About The Role We are hiring Recruiters (Non-IT) to manage end-to-end hiring mandates for clients in Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, FMCG, and Pharma sectors. You’ll be working on mid to senior-level mandates, directly interacting with client HRs or hiring managers to understand job requirements, source relevant candidates, and ensure closures within defined timelines. Key Responsibilities Understand client requirements, industry, and role expectations in depth Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals Conduct screening calls to evaluate candidates' fitment, interest, and expectations Share qualified CVs with clients and coordinate interview scheduling Maintain candidate pipeline and timely follow-ups Manage offer negotiations and ensure joining follow-through Keep recruitment tracker and MIS updated on Wati or internal tools You Must Have 2–6 years of Non-IT recruitment experience (agency or consulting background preferred) Strong sourcing and screening skills, Good communication skills (written + verbal) in English and Hindi Experience using Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, or internal ATS tools Ability to manage multiple mandates and work independently We’re Hiring From These Industries Recruitment/Staffing Agencies (specializing in Non-IT hiring) HR consulting firms serving industrial or healthcare sectors Internal HR/TA roles in Pharma, FMCG, or Manufacturing (with multi-role exposure) Compensation & Benefits Competitive fixed salary (based on experience) Attractive incentives on target achievement Work-from-home flexibility with performance tracking How To Apply Email your resume to kamakshi.sharma@ripplesindia.co.in Subject line: Non-IT Recruiter – [Your Name] Show more Show less
