Hiring Non IT Recruiter

If you have a passion for finding untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping individuals find promising careers, we want to hear from you.

Handle recruitment for Junior to Senior level positions
Manage both internal and external recruitment processes
Oversee end-to-end recruitment and related operations
Understand requirements for open positions
Experience in hiring for Non IT roles
Create and publish job ads on Naukri and LinkedIn portals
Screen and shortlist resumes through job portals
Match candidate profiles with client requirements
Conduct initial screening of candidates via telephonic conversations to assess communication skills and qualifications
Schedule interviews with the company
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Vendor and stakeholder management

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment
Excellent communication skills

Additional Details:

Permanent work from home
Daily submission of 5 CVs
Role includes targets
2nd and 4th Saturday off
