- End-to-end recruitment for Pharma / Manufacturing roles - Sourcing candidates using various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals) - Screening and shortlisting profiles based on job requirements - Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication - Building strong pipelines - Staying updated on hiring trends and industry best practices
Exp:- 1-3yrs in Non IT Recruitment.
Note:- Saturday & sunday weekoff.
