Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc. Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires. Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
