NOC Engineer

As a Network Engineer at EXO Edge, your primary focus will be providing quality support to the customer base by updating and resolving issues within predefined SLAs. You will also manage customer enquiries, complaints, and requests in a responsive and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: - Actively support the NOC team in achieving realistic outcomes - Lead initial troubleshooting and diagnosis of all faults using client tools and monitoring systems - Open tickets and follow incident management procedures to own, track, report, document, and manage faults to resolution - Install, commission, and test equipment on customer premises - Participate in the 24/7 shift rotation - Liaise with internal and external interfaces to ensure client networks meet service level agreements Qualifications Required: - Degree level education or 1-2 years of networking experience, preferably in a telecommunications environment - CCNA certification or similar industry-recognized IP/Ethernet certification preferred - B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc. in Computer Science or relevant field Additional Details: You will need technical support/service desk experience and/or previous NOC experience. Knowledge of ITIL is desirable, along with a general understanding of telecoms transmission and networking principles. Strong documentation skills and proficiency in MS Office applications are also required.
