NOC Engineer

Role & responsibilities

NOC Engineer Intern

You will work closely with our senior technical team to monitor live services, troubleshoot platform issues, manage alerts, and ensure high uptime across our CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) and messaging systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor platform dashboards, servers, and service health in real time.
  
• Identify incidents, raise alerts, and coordinate with engineering teams for quick resolution.
  
• Perform first-level troubleshooting for API, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, and other communication workflows.
  
• Handle escalations, prepare incident reports, and maintain operations logs.
  
• Ensure all tickets are tracked, updated, and closed within SLA.
  
• Support day-to-day operational tasks in the NOC environment.
  
• Assist in performance monitoring, traffic analysis, and service quality checks.
  
• Participate in shift operations (including rotational day/night shifts if required).

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduates / Final-year students in

  B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or related technical fields

  .
• Basic understanding of networking, APIs, Linux commands, and cloud platforms.
  
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced 247 operational environment.
  
• Eagerness to learn telecom, CPaaS, and platform monitoring.
