NOC Engineer

As an NOC Engineer at our Pune location, your primary responsibility will be to monitor production systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure availability, performance, and stability. You will respond promptly to incidents, outages, and alerts, performing root cause analysis and driving resolution. Working closely with SRE/DevOps teams, you will contribute to improving monitoring, alerting, and system reliability. Additionally, you will create and maintain detailed runbooks, incident documentation, and SOPs, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues across distributed systems. Your role will also involve performing log analysis, basic scripting, and system diagnostics to support issue resolution, as well as participating in 24/7 rotational shifts and on-call support.
