Nilons Enterprises Hiring for Area Leader Role - HoReCa

Role & responsibilities

Identify and engage with potential clients in the HORECA segment, focusing on hotels, restaurants, canteens, hostels, and catering services.
Appointment of HoReCa Distributors and Hotel Suppliers who are supplying to hotels, restaurants, canteens, hostels, and catering services.
Product Launching with professional touch, with sampling and detailing the product benefits
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive sales growth.
Implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
Manage distribution channels and collaborate with distributors to optimize product availability.
Provide timely and accurate sales reports and market feedback to support decision-making.
Ensure continuous customer interaction to address and resolve any concerns for improved satisfaction and retention.
Provide Continuous market intelligence for making the short and long term business strategies
Provide Competition information about rates, availability, new launch, for better benchmarking of SKU
Appointment of proper manpower, training of Manpower, Placement and goal setting of team below
Measurement of performance of the team below

Preferred candidate profile

Detail-oriented with the ability to self-direct work in a fast-paced environment.
Solution oriented & positive Attitude. Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management and meeting

deadlines.
