Analyze and benchmark customer\'s requests dataset to drive insights for ongoing operations Create analytical reports and perform ticket analysis to provide recommended action plans Provide insights on end user computing common issues and proper ways to solve it for enterprises Ability to translate analytics findings into appropriate content/solution in Nexthink Resolution of issues discovered. Documentation of findings and recommendations Supporting & troubleshooting the Nexthink solution components such as Appliance, Web Console, Engine. Focus on administration, operations, and maintenance of Nexthink hardware and software Providing input for collector packaging and assist in deployment scenarios Check the Appliance health (CPU, Disk & Memory Utilization) Check the connectivity of Engines to Portal on relevant Ports in case of any issues with license/engine/appliance status. Maintaining customer specific EUC document Maintenance and creation of Investigations, Campaigns, Services, Alerts, Metrics, Scores & Campaigns etc. on Nexthink Portal Develop advanced contents for customers and handle testing, pilot and production deployment Develop automation scripts (Remote Actions) based on Windows PowerShell Support customer\'s requests; initiatives on Nexthink areas of operations Seek to continuously improve relevant technical knowledge and skills Skills & Competencies Hands-on expertise in Nexthink administration & content creation. Strong skills in scripting (PowerShell, Python, SQL) for automations and data integrations. Experience integrating Nexthink with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.). Deep knowledge of Windows OS, endpoint health, application monitoring. Exposure to DEX KPIs such as device performance, application usage, employee sentiment. ITIL Foundation certification preferred. Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
