Role Overview

Nexthink Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and benchmark customer request datasets to derive insights for ongoing operations.
• Create analytical reports and perform ticket analysis to recommend actionable plans.
• Provide insights on common EUC issues and propose enterprise-level solutions.
• Translate analytics findings into appropriate content/solutions within Nexthink.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Nexthink components (Appliance, Web Console, Engine).
• Administer, operate, and maintain Nexthink hardware and software environments.
• Assist in collector packaging and deployment scenarios.
• Monitor appliance health (CPU, Disk, Memory utilization) and engine connectivity to the portal.
• Maintain customer-specific EUC documentation.
• Create and manage Investigations, Campaigns, Services, Alerts, Metrics, Scores, etc., on Nexthink Portal.
• Develop advanced content for customers and manage testing, pilot, and production deployments.
• Develop automation scripts (Remote Actions) using Windows PowerShell.
• Support customer requests and initiatives related to Nexthink operations.
• Continuously improve technical knowledge and stay updated on Nexthink advancements.

Skills & Competencies

• Proven expertise in Nexthink administration and content creation.
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, SQL) for automation and data integration.
• Experience integrating Nexthink with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of Windows OS, endpoint health, and application monitoring.
• Familiarity with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) KPIs such as device performance, application usage, and employee sentiment.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
