Job Description

Exp: 2 to 7Years

Location: Hyderabad

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners

Responsibilities:

  1. Administer the Nexthink infrastructure by performing daily required maintenance activity per the Policy and Procedures Manual.
  2. Redefine and build processes for enhancing user experience using Nexthink.
  3. Work closely with Customer Service Desk and support engineers to facilitate more left shift using Nexthink available resources to identify issues and fix them.
  4. Work with stakeholders and finalize the format for dashboards.
  5. Have close interaction with enterprise architects to work on new additional modules of the Nexthink tool.
  6. Work closely with Customer in case of issues or tool upgrades.
  7. Review defined Nexthink support matrix and key performance indicators index and update as per environment need in accordance with the Policy and Procedures Manual.
  8. Manage Nexthink platform access, roles, and permissions
  9. Configure and maintain Nexthink Engine(s), Portal, and Collector deployments
  10. Monitor system health, connectivity, and data ingestion
  11. Deploy and configure Nexthink Collectors on endpoints
