IC Business Development & New Client Acquisition Associate

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new business clients through effective lead generation and cold calling.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with prospective clients independently.
  • Maintain daily call and appointment targets to ensure consistent business growth.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the companys offerings to confidently pitch to potential clients.
  • Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Maintain records of calls, meetings, and client interactions in the CRM.
