About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate New Product Development Specialist to join our Purchase team. This role focuses on developing new electronics products from China to India for our D2C brand. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the electronics industry and be ready to thrive in a startup environment.

1. Vendor Development

- New vendor identification and development from China.

- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

- Negotiate contracts and terms to secure the best pricing and service.

2. Packaging Knowledge

- Expertise in packaging design and materials for electronics products.

- Collaborate with design teams to create attractive and functional packaging solutions.

- Ensure compliance with packaging standards and regulations.

3. Communication Skills

- Proficient in English and Hindi for effective communication with team members and vendors.

- Ability to present ideas and products clearly to stakeholders.

- Capability to resolve issues through clear and concise communication.

4. Supply Chain Understanding

- Comprehensive understanding of the electronics products supply chain.

- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock efficiently.

5. Compliance Knowledge

- Familiarity with BIS/IS certificate compliance for electronics products.

- Ensure all products meet regulatory requirements before market launch.

- Stay updated on industry standards and changes in compliance regulations.

6. Startup Adaptability

- Eagerness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing roles and project demands.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
