A premium luxury brand is looking for an experienced Executive – NPD Merchandising to support end-to-end product development and ensure seamless rollout of new collections across categories.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage all stages of new product development (NPD)

• Coordinate with design, product, factory, supply chain & vendors

• Release PDIS, validate costing & support prototype development

• Track stage-gate progress & maintain NPD dashboards

• Support vendor pick-ups, DEC designs & NPD portal processes

• Drive proto liquidation & ensure smooth commercialization

• Build frameworks for capturing design complexity & product attributes

• Contribute to all NPIM activities

Who You Are:

• Graduate with 4–8 yrs in merchandising/NPD

• Experience in vendor management & cross-functional coordination

• Strong detail orientation, customer focus & output-driven approach

• Ability to work in premium luxury/retail/jewellery/lifestyle categories
