*Key Responsibilities:
1.Conduct initial and validation trials for new or modified moulds.
2.Set up and operate injection moulding machines during mould trials.
3.Optimize processing parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time, etc.) to achieve desired product quality.
4.Evaluate trial samples for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and other quality aspects.
5.Identify, analyze, and resolve moulding issues such as flash, sink marks, warping, or short shots.
6.Collaborate with design, quality, and tooling departments to provide feedback for design improvements.
7.Prepare detailed mould trial reports and maintain proper documentation.
8.Suggest improvements for mould design or machine settings to enhance productivity and part quality.
9.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all trial operations.
10.Support production during the handover of moulds from trial to mass production.

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
