Job Title: New Lift Sales Executive

Location: CHENNAI, BANGALORE & TRICHY

Job Summary:

The New Lift Sales Executive will be responsible for generating business for new elevator installations across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. This role requires identifying prospective projects, building strong relationships with key stakeholders (builders, architects, consultants, individuals and corporates), and ensuring successful closure of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify new building projects approved by CMDA / BDA, Corporation, and private builders.

• Establish and maintain relationships with builders, developers, architects, and consultants.

• Promote company's Lift / elevator solutions, features, and technical advantages.

• Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and propose suitable solutions.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms with decision-makers.

• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

• Liaise with technical and project teams for proper execution post-order.

• Maintain updated customer database, sales pipeline, and CRM reports.

• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

• Provide regular market intelligence (competitor pricing, new projects, trends).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

• 1- 3 years of sales experience in elevators, construction, or engineering industry.

• Freshers with strong communication and networking skills will also be considered.(In English and Local Language)

• Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.

• Goal-oriented, with ability to achieve high-value targets.

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region.

Work Environment:

• Field-based role with regular visits to client offices and project sites.

• Requires coordination with internal technical and project teams.
