Job Description

As a Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to greet and welcome customers entering the dealership in a professional and courteous manner. It is essential to maintain a proper uniform while engaging with customers to ensure a positive impression. Attending morning meetings regularly is crucial for staying updated on dealership activities and targets. Building trust and rapport with customers is key to effective communication. You should strive to understand their needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles within their requirements and budget. Having a comprehensive knowledge of all available vehicles, including features, pricing, and promotions, is necessary to assist customers effectively. Staying informed about industry trends, new models, and competitor analysis is essential. You will arrange test drives, highlight key vehicle features, and guide customers through the sales process from consultation to purchase. Providing detailed information on financing options, warranties, and service plans is part of the sales process. Negotiating pricing and terms to close deals successfully, completing necessary paperwork accurately, and ensuring compliance with dealership policies are vital aspects of the role. Utilizing tools like HGOALS 2.0 and H-Smart APP for generating quality enquiries and leads is required. Additionally, conducting follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing post-sale concerns promptly, and collaborating with team members are essential. Participating in training sessions to improve sales techniques, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and providing regular updates to management are part of the job responsibilities. You will also be involved in dealership events, promotions, and community outreach programs to attract new customers and enhance the dealership's reputation. Staying informed about competitors" products, pricing, and promotions, and providing feedback on market trends and customer preferences to management are crucial. The job entails a day shift schedule, with performance bonuses and yearly bonuses available. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of sales experience and work in person at the designated locations in Tinsukia, Sadiya, and Digboi.
