New Car Sales Consultant

Job Description Role Overview: You will be a full-time, on-site New Car Sales Consultant based in Chennai. Your main responsibilities will include assisting customers with vehicle purchases, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, and achieving sales targets. Your daily tasks will involve greeting customers, providing information about available vehicles, accompanying customers on test drives, negotiating sales contracts, and following up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers in making informed decisions regarding vehicle purchases - Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention - Achieve sales targets set by the company - Greet customers and provide them with detailed information about the available vehicles - Accompany customers on test drives to showcase the features of the vehicles - Negotiate sales contracts with customers to finalize the purchase - Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns Qualifications Required: - Possess strong customer satisfaction and customer retention skills - Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities - Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred - Exhibit excellent customer service and relationship-building skills - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Show passion for the automotive industry and the Mercedes-Benz brand - Previous experience in luxury vehicle sales is considered a plus - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred,
