Job Description

An Automotive Car Sales Executive sells vehicles by understanding customer needs, demonstrating features, negotiating prices, arranging financing, and finalizing paperwork, while building client relationships, hitting targets, and staying updated on car models to ensure high customer satisfaction at a dealership. Key duties include greeting showroom visitors, conducting test drives, managing leads, processing sales, and maintaining product knowledge for both new and used cars. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers, assess their needs, provide vehicle information, and conduct test drives.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Present vehicle benefits, negotiate prices, discuss financing/leasing, and close deals.
  • Lead Management: Follow up with potential buyers and maintain customer relationship records.
  • Product Expertise: Stay updated on vehicle features, models, and industry trends.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare sales contracts and process purchase paperwork.
  • Dealership Operations: Achieve sales targets, maintain showroom standards, and contribute to team goals.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good math skills for pricing and financing.
  • Ability to work independently and meet long hours.

Qualifications:

  • Typically a High School Diploma/GED; sometimes a Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong sales aptitude and focus on client satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
