Seventhavenue Eventz Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Business Development (NBD) Manager to enhance the client base and boost event sales. As the NBD Manager, your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, executing successful events with a 100% success rate, and representing the company professionally. Your key responsibilities will encompass various aspects of business development and client management. This will involve identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, conducting market research, networking with corporates, brands, and agencies, pitching event services to potential clients, and generating leads to meet and exceed sales targets. Moreover, you will be required to create sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Collaborating with sponsors, vendors, and industry influencers will also be crucial for enhancing business growth and exploring new event opportunities. Additionally, working closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns, promotional materials, and digital marketing strategies will be essential for enhancing the company's brand visibility. Your role will also involve tracking industry trends, providing insights for business strategy development, preparing sales forecasts, and analyzing business performance to identify areas for improvement. To excel in this role, you should possess strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent networking and communication abilities, an understanding of event planning and industry trends, and the ability to create impactful presentations and pitches. Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and a Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field are required qualifications. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development, event sales, or client servicing in the event industry, along with a passion for events and ensuring flawless execution. Being self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings and industry events are also essential attributes for this full-time position.
