New Business Acquisition & Outreach Manager


About the Role

We are looking for a driven and well-connected


What You’ll Do


  • Identify, target, and build relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, Founders, CMOs) at high-growth companies and established brands.
  • Develop and execute smart outreach strategies that reflect VOLUME’s positioning and creative ethos.
  • Create pipelines and opportunities across industries (tech, consumer, luxury, lifestyle, D2C, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with the strategy & creative teams to shape compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Represent VOLUME at networking forums, industry events, and conferences.
  • Track market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.


What We’re Looking For


  • 3–7 years of experience in

    business development / new business acquisition

    in branding, advertising, consulting, or design firms.
  • Strong network with founders, CMOs, and brand leaders in India (and ideally global).
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset — ability to understand client challenges and align them with VOLUME’s offerings.
  • Self-starter with a balance of persistence and elegance in outreach.
  • Passionate about branding, design, and culture.
