Job Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across SEO, social media, email, and content marketing. Support on-page and off-page SEO activities, optimize website content for search engines and user intent, and ensure all digital assets follow SEO best practices. Help monitor and manage the brand’s online reputation by tracking mentions, reviews, and feedback across digital platforms. Assist in managing digital customer interactions by responding to queries, escalating issues, and ensuring timely communication across social channels. Collaborate with the team to analyze campaign performance data and provide insights for ongoing optimization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in digital media, or a related field. Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital communication principles. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Strong communication and organizational skills. Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving. Interest in customer service and managing online brand presence.
