Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients in target markets. Develop and execute strategies to approach and secure new business. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored creative solutions that drive their business objectives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align sales strategies with agency capabilities and market trends. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Showcase VOLUME’s creative capabilities and successfully convert prospects into clients. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use insights to identify opportunities and develop competitive strategies. Work closely with internal teams, including creative, marketing, and account management, to ensure seamless execution of client projects and campaigns. Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales performance. Prepare regular reports for management. Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the advertising, marketing, or creative industries. Skills: Strong understanding of the advertising and marketing landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
