Join our team at Medivaah as a Networking Specialist based in Chennai. We are a leading healthcare service provider, and we're looking for an experienced individual to drive networking efforts and enhance user acquisition within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

• Hospital Visits: Conduct regular visits to hospitals in Chennai to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, administrators, and other relevant personnel.
• Networking: Expand and maintain a robust network within the healthcare industry, identifying opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
• User Acquisition: Drive user acquisition by promoting our services and products and add value proposition
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to the management team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and initiatives to achieve business objectives.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of hospital networking activities

Qualifications:

MBA in Sales or Marketing, MDS, MPT, MSC in Nursing, or MPharma. For undergraduate degrees in these fields, a minimum of 2+ year of relevant experience is mandatory.

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the healthcare industry is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a results-driven mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach to work.

Willingness to travel within Bangalore for fieldwork.
