Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with sales team to create and execute sales planning and achievement.
  • Stay up-to-date with Networking products and solutions.
  • Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing sales strategies
  • Analyze sales trends and results.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories
  • Project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Proven experience in sales within the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of Networking products and solutions.
  • Cisco certification preferred.
  • Prior experience of handling cisco business is a added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
