Job Summary: We are hiring NOC Engineers (Freshers) from the 2025 graduating batch who are enthusiastic about starting their careers in IT infrastructure and network monitoring. This role offers excellent learning opportunities for those with a basic understanding of networking concepts and a passion for problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Monitor systems, servers, and networks using enterprise-grade monitoring tools Identify and troubleshoot alerts/incidents; escalate unresolved issues as needed Ensure the uptime and performance of the network and server infrastructure Maintain and update logs, tickets, and documentation accurately Work closely with senior engineers and support teams for timely resolution Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to their improvement Provide support during rotational shifts, including nights and weekends Required Skills & Qualifications: 2025 pass-out students with a B.Tech/B.E., B.Sc. (IT/CS), BCA , or equivalent degree Basic understanding of networking fundamentals : TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching Familiarity with operating systems like Windows and/or Linux Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Excellent verbal and written communication Willingness to work in rotational 24x7 shifts  Preferred (Not Mandatory): Relevant certifications such as CCNA , CompTIA Network+ , or similar Basic exposure to tools like Nagios, Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds , etc. Academic projects or internships in IT/network-related domains Show more Show less
