Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a L2 NOC at OSpot Consulting located in Surat. The L2 NOC Executive will be responsible for network development, network administration, communication, customer service, and troubleshooting on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Network Development and Network Administration skills Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Troubleshooting abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with network monitoring tools ISP Experience Preferred Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+ are beneficial
