Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a L2 NOC at OSpot Consulting located in Surat. The L2 NOC Executive will be responsible for network development, network administration, communication, customer service, and troubleshooting on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Network Development and Network Administration skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Troubleshooting abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with network monitoring tools
• ISP Experience Preferred
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+ are beneficial
