Expansion of Maruti Suzuki Driving School network to increase MSIL touchpoints and increase customer enrollments. Network Expansion of Maruti Suzuki Driving School in the assigned region Training of Dealership Manpower Ensuring overall profitability of the MSDS outlets Various Annual Target Achievement Business Development Network Expansion of MSDS operations by dealerships Seeking proposals for new outlets/ site finalization Monitoring & Control Daily/ weekly monitoring of Learner and Refresher enrollments by dealers and meeting of targets. Enquires generation and events by dealers to increase enquiry. Different schemes from MSDS and marketing campaigns participation by MSDS. Scheme performance and timely claims settlement. Car sales thru MSDS monitoring and achieving of targets related to enquiry and sale. Training car timely replacement and IDTR training of dealer manpower. Visit and audit reports of MSDS as per checklist Market feedback & Competition Tracking Knowledge about Local Driving Schools operations and Fees structure Knowledge about RTO functioning with regard to Driving School License and Driver License requirement (Learner & Permanent)
