Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network Lead with deep expertise in Cisco Viptela SD-WAN to design, implement, and manage secure, scalable network infrastructures for enterprise and government clients. This role requires strong hands-on experience across SD-WAN, Core Networking, Firewalls, and Data Centre Infrastructure, as well as leadership skills to drive solutioning, architecture design, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Architecture: Create secure and scalable network architectures for SD-WAN, core networking, firewalls, and data centre solutions.
• SD-WAN Implementation: Configure and deploy Cisco Viptela (mandatory), with additional exposure to Fortinet, Versa, or similar SD-WAN technologies.
• OEM Integration: Lead technical comparisons across OEMs (Cisco, Juniper, Extreme, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Radware) to recommend best-fit solutions.
• Solution Design: Prepare and review HLD/LLD, BoM/BoQ, network diagrams, and bid documentation aligned with customer RFP/RFQ.
• Project Delivery: Manage complex network migration and implementation projects, including cutover strategies and rollback planning.
• Client Engagement: Attend client meetings, gather technical requirements, and present solutions/workshops to senior stakeholders.
• Data Centre Networking: Design and implement connectivity, segmentation, virtualization, and load-balancing strategies.
• Secure Networking: Work on SASE architecture integrating SD-WAN with ZTNA, CASB, SWG, and FWaaS solutions.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide junior engineers, drive solutioning workshops, and ensure delivery across multiple projects.
• Operational Support: Provide incident management, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for live environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–10 years of overall networking experience, with 5+ years in SD-WAN.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Cisco Viptela SD-WAN.
• Strong experience with enterprise routing/switching (Cisco/Juniper/Extreme) and firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint).
• Expertise in data centre networking & security, including segmentation and resilience strategies.
• Exposure to SASE architecture and cloud-delivered security.
• Strong background in BoM/BoQ preparation, RFP/RFQ participation, and bid management.
• Experience with ZTNA, CASB, and SWG in secure remote access deployments.
• Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and client-facing skills.

Pre-requisites

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: 8+ years in networking, including SD-WAN, Data Centre, OEM integration, and bid management.

Pay: From ₹150,000.00 per month
