CC Acceptance testing / Non functional testing resource 4 10 years experience Responsibilities Working on a variety of acceptance & performance testing projects on the Genesys Cloud platform covering voice inbound, outbound performance testing Gathering performance test requirements through project and client engagement meetings and reviewing NFRs Developing performance test scripts Executing and reporting on performance tests to technical and business stakeholders Highlighting any performance test failures against NFRs Performance testing against Genesys Contact Centre infrastructure Perform analysis of NFRs to ensure they are clear and testable Ensure any issues or risks are clearly communicated to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner Competencies Genesys Contact Centre platform test experience Can read and understand a network design. Relate test scenarios to the diagrams. Understand Failover/High Availability testing. Understanding on What happens to backend systems and/or voice traffic during failover. Experience in Resilience Test Execution Deliverables: Individuals will receive FRS & NFRs from BT and they will have to create test plan & test cases, configure test data, perform the functional testing, capture the test results and produce QA reports.
