Roles & Responsibilities

Microsoft Endpoint Management

Microsoft Intune (Required)

Hands-on experience with Intune administration
Device enrollment strategies (Autopilot, bulk enrollment, BYOD)
Application deployment and management (Win32, MSI, Store apps)
Configuration profiles and compliance policies
Conditional Access integration with Azure AD
Windows Update for Business management
Endpoint security policies and BitLocker management
Intune Suite features (Endpoint Privilege Management, Cloud PKI)
PowerShell scripting for Intune automation
Graph API integration for reporting and automation

System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) (Required)

Enterprise SCCM experience
Site hierarchy design and management
Operating system deployment (OSD) and task sequences
Software distribution and patch management
Asset inventory and hardware/software reporting
Compliance settings and configuration baselines
Integration with Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)
PowerShell and WMI scripting for SCCM
Co-management setup between SCCM and Intune
Migration strategies from SCCM to cloud-based management

Apple Device Management

Jamf Pro
