Roles & Responsibilities:

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Cisco network environments.

• Required Certifications:

  CCNA or CCNP
• Strong experience with

  Cisco Meraki SD-WAN

  .
• Familiarity with TDM and SIP-based PBX/phone systems.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of network-related tasks.
• Must be available for

  after-hours support

  , including weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to escalate issues effectively and ensure timely resolution.

Technical Skills:

• Expert in configuring/troubleshooting Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Proficient in

  Meraki SD-WAN

  , VPN technologies, and Cisco ASA firewalls.
• Deep understanding of routing protocols: TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, EtherChannel, 802.1Q, and Spanning Tree.
• Experience with

  VRF

  , route leaking, redistribution, and ACL/prefix-list management.
• Skilled in packet capture and network traffic analysis tools such as

  Wireshark

  and

  tcpdump

  .
• Experience with wireless technologies and

  Network Access Control (NAC)

  systems.
