Job Description

Job Purpose / Summary:

Network Engineer L2

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor global network infrastructure round the clock to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Quickly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents and performance issues.
Coordinate with global service providers and internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
Escalate critical incidents appropriately and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate incident logs and generate reports on network performance and outages.
Participate in continuous improvement of monitoring tools, processes, and incident response.

Qualification:

Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Telecommunication (EXTC) or related field

Technical Skills & Competencies:

Strong hands-on experience with
SD-WAN and Cisco routing technologies
Certified in
CCNA and/or CCNP
(preferred)
Basic understanding of
switching technologies and firewall configurations
Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems
