Network Engineer L2

Position: Network Engineer L2 (SD-WAN)

Key Skills:

• SD-WAN Implementation & Troubleshooting (Cisco Viptela)

Routing Protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP

MPLS VPNs (L2/L3), IPsec/SSL VPNs, QoS, Wireless, Load Balancing

Switching: VLAN, VTP, STP variations, Dot1x, EtherChannel

Exposure to Firewall technologies, Network Design & Deployment

Large-scale Global MPLS / SD-WAN project experience

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with routing protocols BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, RIP v2, and Cisco SD-WAN
• Working knowledge of MPLS VPNs (L3 & L2), IPsec/SSL VPNs, QoS, Wireless communication, Load Balancing/Sharing techniques
• Proficiency in switching concepts VLAN, VTP, STP variations, Dot1x, EtherChannel
• Experience in large-scale Global MPLS / SD-WAN projects
• Exposure to Firewall technologies and security features
• Ability to coordinate with customers for service activations
• Strong understanding of Network Design, Deployment & Support
• Prepare and maintain documentation and operating procedures
• Identify and mitigate network performance bottlenecks
• Plan, design, and document network upgrades & security enhancements
• Hands-on experience in Cisco Viptela SD-WAN platform is highly preferred

Operational Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering teams to troubleshoot critical office network issues
• Take ownership of Change Requests & Incident Management with RCA analysis
• Identify and mitigate security threats, ensuring IT compliance
• Support senior teams in project-based configurations and deployments
• Manage offsite installations, hardware configurations, as required
• Handle escalations from L1 engineers and provide advanced technical support

• Morning Shift With Shift Allowance
• General Shift No Shift Allowance
• Evening Shift – With Shift Allowance
• Night Shift – With Shift Allowance

• 5 Days Working per week
