Job Title: Network Engineer Company: iSprout Business Centre Pvt. Ltd. Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Experience: 1–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary iSprout is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Network Engineer to support and maintain our IT infrastructure across our co-working spaces in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining networks in a corporate environment. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure minimal downtime. Manage and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and network security systems. Perform routine network maintenance and updates to ensure system integrity and security. Assist with server and cloud-based network integration as required. Coordinate with the central IT team to ensure seamless operations across locations. Provide technical support for internal teams, including hardware and software troubleshooting. Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and network changes. Required Skills Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.). Experience with network hardware like Cisco, MikroTik, or similar. Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and security best practices. Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and network monitoring tools. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Eligibility Criteria Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 1–3 years of relevant work experience in network support or IT infrastructure.
