Regional Head - Sales (West) - IPC/Managed/Flex Spaces experience is mandatory Location: Mumbai, Pune and Ahmedabad (with travel across West India) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Head - Sales (West) with mandatory prior experience in the Managed Spaces industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets and expand our market presence across West India (primarily Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Goa). This senior leadership role requires a deep understanding of the Managed business model, strong relationships within the corporate and SME sectors, and a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution Market Leadership & Growth Team Leadership & Development Client Relationship Management Managed/Flex Expertise Sales Operations & Forecasting P&L Accountability Collaboration Regional Market Intelligence Required Skills and Qualifications: Mandatory Experience: Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role (e.g., Sales Head, Regional Sales Manager) within the Managed Spaces industry is essential. Regional Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years of overall sales experience, with at least 10 years in a leadership role managing the West India region. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred. Sales Acumen: Strong B2B and enterprise sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets. Expertise in consultative selling, solution selling, and contract negotiation. Network: Established network of contacts within the corporate real estate sector, IPCs, and potential large-format clients in West India. Leadership Skills: Exceptional team leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical abilities, strategic planning skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Results-Oriented: Highly self-motivated, proactive & results-driven with a strong sense of ownership. Travel: Willingness to travel across the West India region. Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
