This is a key leadership role where you will manage both operational and strategic functions to ensure the success of the branch. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of educators, IT professionals, and operational staff to achieve branch goals. Branch Operations : Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning, adherence to deadlines, and achievement of KPIs. Business Growth : Identify and implement strategies for growth, including enrolling students, fostering partnerships, and enhancing educational offerings. IT Integration : Ensure seamless integration of technology in the educational environment, optimizing the use of IT tools for better teaching and learning experiences. Budget & Resource Management : Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and staffing to meet branch goals and targets. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement : Build relationships with key stakeholders, including students, parents, and external partners, to enhance brand reputation and student satisfaction. Compliance & Reporting : Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulatory requirements while preparing regular reports for senior management. Key Requirements: Experience : Minimum 0 to 3 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in sales & leadership role within the IT or education industry. Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Education Management, or related fields. Skills : Strong knowledge of educational technology and tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to drive business results and manage branch operations. Ability to solve problems and manage conflicts effectively.
