Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

• Supports the technology lifecycle through the design, build and maintenance of systems, software and applications to ensure the highest quality outcomes across the domains
• Makes technical design and amendment decisions and independently manages the workload
• Translates business requirements into technical requirements and infrastructure and network capacity needs by efficiently sourcing data and undertaking appropriate analyses
• Ensures relevant reporting documentation is completed and follows internal and external standards
• Schedules and coordinates capacity / network upgrades, liaising with other areas of the business as needed to ensure service level objectives are met
• Manages upgrades and coordinates internal and third parties where required
• Creates accurate documentation and monitors system performance to effectively contribute to business and continual improvement activities
• Supports in deploying emergent engineering patterns across development teams.
• Coordinates design work in the infrastructure and network domain and contributes to crafting solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an IT related field
• Previous experience in Architecture / Engineering
• Significant experience in technology based roles.
