Shift -1 5:30am to 2:30pm

Shift 2- 1:30pm to 10:30pm

Shift 3 10:00pm to 6:00am

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) and Wi-Fi setup using Cisco Wireless Controllers (WLC). The ideal candidate will also have working knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and ISIS, and be familiar with ticketing tools like Remedy and ServiceNow (SNOW), including e-bonding integrations. Basic exposure to Palo Alto Firewalls is a plus. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) in enterprise network environments.
• Set up and maintain Wi-Fi networks, including Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC).
• Support and troubleshoot routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, and ISIS.
• Handle incident and change management using Remedy, ServiceNow, and e-bonding tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network reliability and performance.
• Provide L2/L3 support for network-related issues and escalations.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and support for Palo Alto Firewalls (approx. 2% of daily tasks).

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Spanning Tree Protocol (STP).
• Proficient in Wi-Fi setup and Cisco WLC configuration and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of BGP, OSPF, and ISIS routing protocols.
• Experience with ticketing tools like Remedy, ServiceNow, and e-bonding.
• Basic understanding of Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
