As a Fault Management Specialist IP, you will be responsible for handling advanced technical issues, ensuring system reliability, and providing detailed troubleshooting for network and IT infrastructure. You have: 7+ years work experience in ISP/MSO environment covering the following with a bachelor s or equivalent degree.
