• Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise firewalls and security appliances
(Fortinet, Checkpoint).
• Manage Meraki-based wireless infrastructure, switches, and SD-WAN configurations.
• Perform proactive monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting of network components to
ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with Level 1 support teams to resolve escalated issues and provide
advanced technical guidance.
• Implement network security policies, rules, and access controls in line with
organizational policies.
• Plan and execute network upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance with minimal
downtime.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident documentation.
• Maintain network documentation including diagrams, change logs, and IP inventories.
• Ensure compliance with audit and information security standards (e.g., ISO 27001,
GDPR, etc.).
• Work with vendors and service providers for hardware/software support and issue
resolution.

• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs (IPSec, SSL), NAT, and
ACLs.
• Proficient in network protocols – TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, SNMP.• Experience in managing multi-location and cloud-hybrid networks.
