We are currently hiring a NestJS Developer to join our growing technology team in Baner, Pune. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects that power new initiatives and growth engines within the company. You will be involved in the complete system development lifecycle and contribute to building scalable and efficient backend services.

Key Responsibilities :
- Participate in the full lifecycle of application development from solution design and development to deployment and maintenance.

- Collaborate in evolving scalable system architectures and robust engineering practices.

- Support new product development and process automation initiatives.

- Continuously improve development tools, workflows, and team productivity.

- Build and maintain scalable, maintainable, and high-performance systems.

- Engage with a team of enthusiastic technologists passionate about quality code.

Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 2+ years of experience with Node.js and TypeScript, preferably with NestJS.

- 1+ years of experience working with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.

- Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.

- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and containerized services.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and DevOps practices is a plus.

- Knowledge of system design methodologies and infrastructure engineering.

- Agile development experience (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Strong team player with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn.
