Role Overview:

Programmatic Media Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Sell

    digital advertising inventory across multiple channels

    – including

    web, CTV, audio, FAST, commerce, and gaming apps

    .
  • Drive

    new business and incremental revenue

    through client acquisition and relationship expansion.
  • Maintain a

    strong and qualified sales pipeline

    to consistently meet growth targets.
  • Prepare and deliver

    compelling pitches and tailored presentations

    to decision-makers.

Client Engagement & Partnerships

  • Build and maintain relationships with

    brands, agencies, trading desks, and programmatic partners

    .
  • Collaborate with operations and strategy teams to ensure

    flawless execution and optimization

    of multi-channel campaigns.
  • Act as a

    trusted consultant

    , educating clients about

    multi-channel strategies and programmatic capabilities

    .

Performance & Reporting

  • Consistently

    achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

    .
  • Provide

    performance insights

    to drive renewals and upsells.
  • Share accurate

    pipeline forecasts

    with leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

    in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience

    in

    digital or programmatic advertising sales

    .
  • Proven success in

    multi-channel sales

    : web, CTV, audio, commerce, and gaming inventory.
  • Hands-on expertise with

    The Trade Desk (TTD)

    and other DSPs like

    DV360, Xandr, or MediaMath

    .
  • Strong

    negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills

    .

Preferred Background

  • Experience in

    media agencies, ad-tech platforms, or digital publishers

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    performance metrics

    like CPM, CPC, CPA, and ROI-driven buying models.
  • Analytical mindset to

    translate data into actionable sales insights

    .
