Job Description NSM Location : Navi Mumbai - Airoli Functions Handled Marketing Management Sales Management New leads generation Key Result Areas To develop and implement Sales and Marketing Strategy to achieve the overall Corporate objectives Provide the vision, direction and leadership for the team for achievement of the business goals Responsible for execution of the annual business plan of the company Responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of the sales strategy Approve all pricing decisions with respect to new installations Monitor profitability and responsible for cost control and budget adherence Establish close working relationship with all the functions to maximize efficiencies and ensure timely execution Responsible for key account management Responsible for increasing the customer base by adding new customers Key Job Responsibilities Plan develop and implement strategy for expanding market, retaining customers and improving sales Understand every geography and evolve strategies for lead generation Analyse market trends, recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback Monitor the activities related to sales and new business development & ensure that targets are met Coordination with the customers to identify their business needs and ensuring the needs are catered to increased sales Coordinate with installation department and follow up on timely delivery Approve pricing to ensure achievement of desired profitability margins Visit the branches and monitor the performance of the sales team Sales Related Responsibilities Annual, Monthly and on- going sales forecasting depending on the market and business environment Define the metrics for monitoring performance, monitor allocation of routes to sales team and ensure achievement of targets by the sales team Coordinate with installation, design department for technical feasibility of proposals Achieve the desired profitability for every new installation Derive Costing policy and ensure compliance Approve all costing related decisions Explore new markets to be added Tap new opportunities for growth and expansion Tie up with new customers Propose new products Tie ups with National Key Accounts Provide support for collections to the installation team wherever necessary Monitor lead generation activity and ensure addition of new clients Support the Branch in negotiations wherever necessary Approve sales contracts as per the defined delegation of authority Review the performance of the sales team along with the Branch Manager. Ensure enhancement of conversion rates of the team Brand Management and Corporate Communications Responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing communication nationally in line with the Group strategy Website management and ensure the website is live Coordinate with external agencies for implementation of decisions relating to publicity Approve marketing spends and ensure adherence to budgets Continuous assessment of the market and evolving strategies for brand positioning Ensuring that the brand guidelines are followed correctly Customer Relationship Management Visit sites and meet key customers Seek to address customer requirements or complaints Train the team on client communication (team members of all departments having client interactions) Cross sell to ensure taking up additional requirements such as service and modifications from existing customer Team Management Continuous assessment of skill set inventory vis- -vis organizational/functional needs, identify gaps and induct right people Identify training needs of the staff members and organize suitable training programmes for their personal development Establish mentor programs for key staff members Conduct periodical performance appraisal of the team members and guide them to improve their performance and build their career path Key Performance Indicators Revenue targets achievement by the team Achievement of desired profitability per new installation Adherence to marketing budgets Improvement of market share Achievement of cross selling targets
