Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a National Sales Head located in Nagpur. The National Sales Head will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, they will oversee the sales operations, analyze market trends, and vide feedback to the management team. Based in Nagpur, this leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage large sales teams, develop impactful sales strategies, and drive revenue growth across regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market dynamics, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement national sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends - Forecast and set quarterly and annual sales targets for regional teams - Identify new market opportunities and areas for expansion across India - Lead, mentor, and manage a pan-India sales team, ensuring high morale, ductivity, and alignment with goals - Recruit, onboard, and train new sales personnel in coordination with HR and regional managers - Set clear KPIs and conduct performance evaluations, coaching team members for continuous imvement - Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, channel partners, dealers, and distributors - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty - Act as the primary escalation point for key customer issues and work towards resolution - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to vide strategic to the management team - Adapt sales tactics to changing industry dynamics, with a special focus on the sanitaryware and tile industry - Monitor and streamline daily sales operations across zones to ensure operational efficiency - Maintain accurate sales reports, dashboards, and pipeline tracking using CRM tools - Present regular updates to senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives Key Skills & Competencies - ven experience in national-level sales leadership, preferably in sanitaryware, tiles, or building materials - Expertise in sales management, team leadership, and channel development - Strong knowledge of sales forecasting, budgeting, and market penetration strategies - Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills - ficient in using CRM platforms, sales dashboards, and Microsoft Office tools - Ability to analyze large data sets and translate into strategic decisions - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) - 1014 years of experience in sales management, with at least 35 years in a leadership role - Experience in managing multi-regional sales teams and scaling operations - Industry experience in tiles, sanitaryware, or allied construction/building material sectors is a strong plus - Lead national strategy for a fast-growing company in the building materials sector - High-impact leadership role with autonomy and ownership - Competitive compensation package and performance-based incentives - Opportunity to shape and expand the national sales footprint
