Now the company with its new vertical Fiberise Fit Pvt Ltd is launching a nutraceutical supplement focused at weight management. The company aims to become India's largest weight management solution within next 2 years.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a National Sales Director located in Noida. The National Sales Director will be responsible for :

• To build a Pharma/Nutraceutical Sales Team

• Leading and managing the national sales team
• Developing and executing market plans
• Overseeing sales and account management activities
• Driving revenue growth.

The role requires strategic planning, team management, and effective communication to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharma national level Sales

• Proven skills in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management
• Experience in Team Management and Market Planning
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
