We are seeking a skilled and experienced N8N Integration Engineer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated workflows that connect and streamline our internal systems. This role is crucial in scaling operations, automating manual tasks, and enhancing cross-functional efficiency through intelligent automation. Success in this role means building reliable, secure, and scalable integrations while collaborating with teams across the company to solve real business problems. The n8n Engineer will be part of the Technology team and act as a key enabler for operational innovation. ✅ Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain complex n8n workflows , ensuring reliability, scalability, and security. Collaborate with product, data, marketing, and operations teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver effective low-code solutions. Integrate multiple APIs, databases, and external services , using native connectors or custom modules as needed. Monitor, debug, and optimize production workflows , ensuring high availability and rapid response to failures. Create clear and comprehensive documentation for all automated processes to support knowledge sharing and team autonomy. Act as a technical reference on process automation , promoting best practices and mentoring team members. Contribute to the evolution of the automation architecture , identifying improvements in performance, design, and operational standards. 🎯 Qualifications Hands-on experience with n8n , including advanced workflow design, conditional execution, webhooks, error handling, and version control. Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth2 authentication , and data manipulation. Ability to write and maintain custom modules using JavaScript, Python or TypeScript . Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git , and containerization (e.g., Docker). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on documentation and cross-functional collaboration. Analytical mindset, self-driven, detail-oriented, and solution-focused. Nice to have: experience with other automation platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier, Pipedream) and basic knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields is a plus, but we welcome diverse professional backgrounds. 🌍 Requirements Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory — you will work closely with international teams, and documentation is primarily in English.
