Multi-Tasking Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Multi-Tasking Executive who will handle multiple responsibilities across operations, reporting, and digital marketing. The role involves working on the Field Force app for field force management and supporting digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Field Force App Management Manage daily activities on the Field Force platform including user data updates, report generation, and troubleshooting. Provide support to field teams regarding Field Force app functionalities. Monitor and ensure accurate data entry for call reports, tour programs, and expenses. Analyze reports and share insights with the sales team and management. 2.Digital Marketing Support Assist in managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and posting engaging content. 3. General Administrative & Coordination Tasks Support day-to-day operations including documentation, reporting, and coordination between departments. Handle vendor communication and assist in procurement for marketing and operational needs. Prepare MIS reports and dashboards as required by management.
