We are currently expanding our Salesforce practice and building capabilities around Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud to support our clients’ digital transformation journeys. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce professional to help build and implement solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud. This role requires deep understanding in lead-to-cash processes, sales automation, CPQ, and billing solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud (including CPQ and Billing). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and IT to gather requirements and deliver Salesforce capabilities aligned with business goals. - Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, flows, and automation. - Integrate Salesforce with other systems as needed (ERP, Payment gateways, etc.). - Ensure data integrity, governance, and best practices within the Salesforce environment. - Provide user support and training, and ensure adoption of new features and processes. - Stay current with Salesforce releases and roadmap to advise on future capabilities. Required Qualifications: - 10+ Years of experience with Salesforce. - Hands-on experience with Revenue Cloud (or strong conceptual understanding with willingness to get certified). - Experience with Salesforce CPQ, billing processes, or lead-to-cash cycles. - Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, Apex, Flow, Lightning Components. - Salesforce Administrator certification required; CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud certification a plus. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment. - Knowledge of SaaS business models, pricing strategies, and subscription billing. - Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or REST APIs.
